Dear Science

With a full symphonic orchestra, moving bass, and a siren of horns, T.V. on the Radio’s third full-length album, Dear Science lays down a surreal, electronic, rendition of soul. This choreographed frenzy of music stylizes lyrical wit with rapture and rue. The balance gives you an appreciation for every up and down. A transitive blend between gain and loss, comfort and distress, Dear Science will leave you in pleasant disarray.

Much of the album plays on an upbeat, curious sound, but perfected. Stock & Owl, Love Dog, and Family Tree give relief to the tempo with quiet, resonant tones and melodic forethought. The final track, Lovers Day is a triumphant, seductive calling back into bed, a song to lay all day and revel in love. Dear Science is vogue, new, an absolutely ecstatic album you will not soon forget.
